Chantell began her career in Office Administration in her home country of South Africa. She progressed through to Project Administration, working in the industry for a total of ten years.
Moving to Perth from Ireland with her family, she entered the world of Property Management, commencing as an assistant in real estate. Chantell has over six years’ broad experience in the real estate industry, obtained within the private sector as well as the Department of Housing.
Chantell thrives on customer service and believes that we should always exceed the expectations of our Landlords and to build and maintain great rapport with them. She is a strong believer in focusing on solutions rather than the problems. She has a strong work ethic and knows that communication is an imperative part of great customer service.
As a mother of three daughters, she is an excellent role model of the way to succeed in this competitive industry whilst ensuring the maintenance of one’s own integrity and personality.
Chantell is open to new challenges and welcomes new learning and development opportunities. She interacts well with people of all ages and maintains high standards in all aspects of her work and life.
